This policy explains what Clipry knows about you, what we do with it, and what your choices are.
When you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see your password. We don't use OAuth to read your inbox, calendar, or anything else.
We store everything you put into Clipry: images, videos, audio, PDFs, office documents, archives, notes, links, titles, tags, folders, and collaboration data. This content stays yours.
To provide AI tags, descriptions, and search, uploaded media may be processed on infrastructure we control. Notes you write may be processed by third-party language models when you explicitly use AI features in the editor. We don't train models on your content. We don't sell your content.
We log basic information about how you use the service: pages visited, features used, errors, IP address, browser, device details, and approximate location derived from IP. We use self-hosted analytics instead of ad networks.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, verify your session, protect forms, and keep the service secure. We use preference cookies and browser storage to remember settings like view mode, folder order, display preferences, and similar app choices. We may use limited analytics cookies or local storage to understand aggregate service usage. When you sign in through Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo, those providers may set their own cookies as part of authentication. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but Clipry may not work if essential cookies are blocked.
Clipry uses these infrastructure providers. Your data may pass through or sit on systems they operate:
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Files in R2 are encrypted at rest by Cloudflare. We use limited admin access, MFA on admin accounts, monitoring, and abuse scanning. No system is perfectly secure. If we confirm a breach that affects users, we'll notify affected users as required by law.
Regardless of where you live, you can download your content, delete individual items, delete your account, request a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or object to processing. If you're in the EU, UK, California, or another place with specific privacy rights, you can exercise those rights the same way. Reach us at the address in the Contact section below.
Clipry is not for kids under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we delete it. If you believe a child is using Clipry, tell us through the Contact section below.
Clipry's servers are in the United States. If you're outside the US, using Clipry means your data is transferred to and processed in the US.
If we change this policy materially, we'll tell you in the app, by email, or on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top is always current.
